How do I make a reservation for a hanbokphoto shoot?
Simply choose your date, time, and package on our ‘Book Online’ page, fill out the form, and after submission, the confirmed details will be sent to your email or registered SNS account (KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, etc.).

What is the process for reserving hanbok rental and makeup?
You are welcome to prepare your own hanbok and makeup. However, if you need assistance with reservations for your hanbokphoto session, we can arrange them on your behalf through our partner hanbok rental shops and makeup studios in Seoul. By using our partner services, you can enjoy a discount of approximately 15% to 30%.

Do you have any recommendations or requirements for the photo shoot location?
Every Monday, all palaces except Gyeongbokgung and Namsan Hanok Village are closed. Gyeongbokgung Palace is closed every Tuesday. Bukchon Hanok Village is open from 10 AM to 5 PM.

What is the payment process for the photo shoot and hanbok rental?
The photo shoot fee can be paid in cash, US dollars, or by PayPal after the photo session on the day of the shoot. The hanbok rental fee can be paid on-site in cash or by card.

Where is the meeting place with the photographer for photo shooting, Hanbok rental, and makeup service?
On the day of the photo shoot, please meet the photographer in front of Exit 4 at Gyeongbokgung Station. Once you arrive, send a message to the photographer. We will provide photo shooting, Hanbok rental, and makeup services.
